Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, days vary based on facility needs

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans to assist in accurate diagnoses
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Operate and maintain MRI equipment following protocols
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize images
Document patient history and technical details accurately
Adhere to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in MRI (MR) required
Florida state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience preferred
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI safety practices and contraindications
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of anatomy and pathology for image optimization
Familiarity with PACS and electronic health records
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
