Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes every other weekend)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a multi-disciplinary center
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Educate residents and families on health management

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in electronic health records
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
