Location: Prescott, AZ

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload including ortho, neuro, vestibular, and geriatric patients
Collaborate with a dedicated team of PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize your experience with EMR systems to document and track progress
Implement individualized treatment plans for 8-10 patients per day

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
BLS and CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in general orthopedics, neurology, BPPV, vestibular rehab, and fall prevention
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to treat a large geriatric population
