Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare room and equipment including all necessary supplies, equipment, and setup devices for radiation therapy
• Accurately deliver prescribed and planned courses of radiation treatments, verifying treatment doses and patient positioning
• Perform imaging, patient monitoring, and treatment delivery with precision
• Educate patients on treatment procedures and provide compassionate care
• Document all patient treatments and maintain detailed records in ARIA and Epic
• Obtain and review port films as prescribed

Qualifications

• Active Washington state license required at time of submittal
• Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT) required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with ARIA and Varian TrueBeam systems a must
• Ability to obtain a Dosimetry Badge prior to starting assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in ARIA and Varian TrueBeam treatment delivery systems
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
• Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and safety protocols
