Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Triage emergent situations independently using advanced nursing knowledge
Monitor acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with Primary Care Providers
Develop and implement care plans for clinic and home-based direct care
Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed
Conduct home visits regularly for wound care, lab draws, and nursing assessments

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Michigan (must be currently active)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population
Current BLS/BCLS certification from AHA
Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver's license, and car insurance

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and medication administration
Care planning and coordination
Geriatric nursing and long-term care expertise
Home health nursing and wound care skills
CPR and triaging abilities
