Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to patients in various settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech and language therapy techniques
- Ability to assess and treat a variety of disorders
- Proficient in documentation and electronic health records
- Flexibility to float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when needed
