Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a 33-bed ICU
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, titrate cardiac and sedation drips
- Manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Driver's license required at submittal
- Ability to pass open-book exam on skills with 90% during orientation
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in critical care skills including titrating drips and ventilator management
- Strong cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable floating to PCU or MedSurg as needed
