Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota
Start Date: 07-13-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts (NOC), 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory treatments for adult and NICU patients
- Assess patient condition, identify changes, and take appropriate action
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and home management
- Transport infants to and from referral health systems, ensuring high-quality critical care
- Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, performing preventive maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapist license (required before start)
- RRT or CRT credential required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications from AHA or RQI
- Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
- Ability to provide care for both adult and neonatal populations
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in respiratory therapy, cardiopulmonary care, and critical care
- Proficiency with Point Click EMR
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
