Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform dental prophylaxis and cleanings
Assess patients' oral health and educate on hygiene
Take dental x-rays and perform screenings
Assist dentist during procedures as needed
Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
Proficient in taking and interpreting dental x-rays
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Empathy and patient-focused approach
