Roles & Responsibilities

Assist orthodontist during patient procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Take and process dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

Certified or registered Dental Assistant in Maryland
Experience in orthodontics preferred
Good communication and patient care skills
Ability to work early morning hours

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
Familiarity with dental software and record keeping
Attention to detail and infection control practices
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
