Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the dental hygienist during patient exams and cleanings
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Update patient records and take digital X-rays as needed
Provide excellent patient care and comfort throughout procedures
Ensure all infection control protocols are followed

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience as a dental assistant or hygienist assistant
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a dental assisting program preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
