Roles & Responsibilities

Perform dental hygiene services including cleanings, exams, and patient education
Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Assist dentists during procedures as needed
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
Provide excellent patient care and communication

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or compact eligibility)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Understanding of infection control standards
Proficiency in dental software and record keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
