Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of general dentistry procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
Take and process dental x-rays as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-op care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients

Qualifications

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent in Maryland
Radiography certification required
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
Proficient in dental practice management software
Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate patient interaction
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Understanding of infection control protocols
