Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes across multiple counties
Assess and treat patients with communication disorders, including CVA and aphasia
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with home health regulations

Qualifications

Must hold an active Kentucky Speech-Language Pathologist license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses)
CCC-SLP credential required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, with home health experience highly preferred
Current BLS certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation standards
Strong evaluation and treatment skills for patients with CVA and aphasia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
Time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload
