Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic oral hygiene care to patients
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing under the guidance of a dentist
- Educate patients on oral health best practices and personalized care plans
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in periodontal therapy and prophylaxis
- Proficient in digital radiography and dental software
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
