Sonographer
Location: Garden City, KS
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 10-12-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Friday-Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; on-call after 9pm and weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations including vascular, OB (all trimesters), and general ultrasound
- Conduct interventional procedures as needed
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment including Toshiba and Phillips units
- Document and report findings using EPIC RIS and Fuji PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses
Qualifications
- Must hold BLS certification and ARDMS (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) or RVS through CCI
- Experience with general ultrasound, OB, and vascular procedures required
- Preferably experienced in echocardiography
- Valid driver's license within 60-mile radius
- Comfortable working independently and on-call shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in EPIC RIS and Fuji PACS
- Knowledge of Toshiba and Phillips ultrasound equipment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage scan volumes of 10-15 studies per day
