Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Omaha, NE

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine and PET/CT technology
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
- Operate and maintain Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAM systems
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate results
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and proper handling of radioactive materials
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- PET experience required
- DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
- Valid driver's license required to verify distance from facility
- Ability to comply with artificial nail policy (no artificial nails in patient care areas)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs
- Knowledge of radiation safety and nuclear medicine procedures
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
