Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse overseeing resident care and directing nursing staff
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform wound care and ongoing resident assessments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (Matrix)
Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification (required)
Long Term Care experience (required)
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of LTC regulations and best practices
Medication administration and wound care expertise
Team coordination and charge nurse experience
Proficient with EMR systems (Matrix preferred)
Compassionate and resident-centered approach
