Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4x10-hour shifts with flexible scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy to pediatric and adult outpatients
Evaluate and treat patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA and supervisor
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care and early intervention
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized treatments
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapy license (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
At least some pediatric experience—new grads with strong clinicals considered
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric physical therapy for developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and ortho
Outpatient therapy skills with ability to adapt to occasional inpatient and early intervention
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Proficiency with electronic documentation and scheduling
