Location: Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: NOC shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform arterial blood gas draws and analysis
Set up and manage BiPAP and ventilator support
Administer nebulizer treatments and respiratory therapies
Provide conscious sedation and standby for cardioversion
Assist with intubations as needed
Care for neonatal patients with bubble CPAP and level 2 nursery needs
Collaborate with lead therapist and multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license required
Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
Must have strong NICU experience with level 2 nursery (32 weeks and up)
Experience with ventilators (PB 980, Philips V60, respironics Lumis) and bubble CPAP
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
RRT or CRT credential accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ventilator management skills
Expertise in neonatal respiratory care
Proficiency in ABG draws and analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
