Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (typical day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver precise radiation treatments using advanced technologies like IMRT, VMAT, and Proton Therapy
Collaborate with radiation oncologists and physicists to ensure accurate patient setup and treatment delivery
Perform daily quality assurance checks on treatment machines and imaging equipment
Educate patients on treatment procedures and provide compassionate care throughout their journey
Maintain detailed patient records in EPIC and Aria systems

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy
Must live outside a 60-mile radius from the facility (traveler requirement)

Knowledge & Skills

External beam therapy and internal radiation therapy
Proton Therapy, 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT
Proficiency with EPIC, Aria, Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT
Strong patient communication and safety skills
