Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU

Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations and nursing staff in both the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide pre-procedure preparation, recovery, and bedside support for cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR cases
Enhance nursing competency and build a positive, collaborative culture
Monitor and titrate vasoactive drips, administer conscious sedation, and manage critical care patients
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in clinical leadership
1 year of management experience overseeing a team
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency required (CNO may consider candidates with most certs)
Fluoro license preferred
Critical care and telemetry experience

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical leadership and management skills
Proficiency in Cath Lab procedures and ICU nursing
Ability to titrate vasoactive medications and interpret telemetry strips
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality improvement
