Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to elderly residents
Assist with activities of daily living including mobility and personal hygiene
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for seniors

Qualifications

Active Maryland GNA certification required
Current CPR certification preferred
Previous experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
Must be able to pass background check and provide valid ID

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of elderly care best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
