Shift Type: 8-hour shift; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed (schedule to be provided by facility)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic patient care and assist with daily living activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Measure and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control practices
Communicate patient observations and changes to the nursing team
Support nursing staff with timely tasks to improve patient outcomes
Document care clearly and professionally in assigned records

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (CNA) — ability to work in Pennsylvania preferred
Demonstrated patient-care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to care
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings as requested by the facility

Education

Completion of an accredited CNA training program or equivalent
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong basic clinical skills: ADLs, vital signs, patient hygiene
Comfortable with patient transfers and mobility assistance
Good communication and teamwork skills with clinical staff
Basic documentation and attention to detail for accurate records
Awareness of infection control and patient safety practices
