Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, full time with 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care on busy Ortho and Med Surg units
- Manage patient loads with 6:1 ratios while prioritizing teamwork
- Collaborate with PCTs, SNEs and unit secretaries for seamless operations
- Document accurately using Meditech system
- Float supportively to inpatient units, CCU and ED as needed
- Perform bedside procedures and support MD teams
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- At least 2 years of experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player ready to manage patient loads
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Med Surg and Ortho patient care expertise
- Teamwork and communication strategies
- Meditech documentation proficiency
- Patient experience focus at all levels
