Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess individual needs and develop innovative treatment strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Deliver hands-on interventions that make real differences in daily living
Educate and motivate clients toward achieving their rehabilitation goals
Document progress with precision to track transformative journeys

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
Compassionate approach with strong patient rapport skills

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
NBCOT certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Proficiency with evaluation tools and outcome measures
Strong communication for patient and family education
Ability to tailor interventions to diverse needs
