Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support recovery and well-being
Maintain clean and safe environments that residents love to call home
Document care accurately to contribute to outstanding patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification
At least one year of recent CNA experience preferred
Valid state license for New Mexico

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy for residents
Excellent observation and reporting skills
Team player attitude with great communication
Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
