Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
- Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Educate families and support young patients through recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless care continuity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Compassionate demeanor for working with children
- Commitment to high-quality pediatric care
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment skills for pediatric patients
- Knowledge of med/surg protocols
- Excellent communication with kids and families
- Proficiency in electronic health records
