Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making a real difference in their lives
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch health oversight
- Support meal times and activities to enhance resident well-being and joy
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the facility
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Contract travel experience preferred but enthusiastic newcomers welcome
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong bedside manner and empathy
- Basic clinical skills including vital signs and hygiene assistance
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability and punctuality for those early starts
