Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making a real difference in their lives
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch health oversight
Support meal times and activities to enhance resident well-being and joy
Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the facility

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification
Contract travel experience preferred but enthusiastic newcomers welcome
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy
Basic clinical skills including vital signs and hygiene assistance
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliability and punctuality for those early starts
