Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in the fast-paced Emergency Department
- Assess and triage urgent cases with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to save lives
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to emergencies
- Provide expert nursing interventions that make a real difference
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania via Nursys
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Emergency Department
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Education
- RN degree from an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in emergency nursing protocols
- Strong triage and assessment abilities
- Excellent teamwork in high-stress environments
- Familiarity with NRP and DCI/BVP a plus
