Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in crafting and executing rehabilitation care plans with the interdisciplinary team, making real differences in patient recovery
Perform lab draws, administer IV antibiotics and medications, and handle blood administrations with precision and care
Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments to monitor progress and catch needs early
Manage wound vac dressing changes, breathing treatments, and inhaler administrations to support healing
Educate patients and families on care plans, empowering them on their rehab journey
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 60+ nursing staff in a 41-bed unit with supportive 1:6 ratios

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
BLS certification required
2+ years of experience preferred for this exciting travel role

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Meditech EMR proficiency
Rehab nursing expertise
Strong communication and empathy to connect with patients
Telemetry experience with ability to pass Airstrip competency
Equipment handling including patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometers, wound vacs
