Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients, making a real difference every shift
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery journeys
Administer treatments and medications that truly heal and comfort
Advocate fiercely for your patients' needs and well-being

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana (or compact state)
Med/surg nursing experience that showcases your skills
BLS certification (ACLS preferred for this dynamic role)
Ready to jump into 12-hour shifts with enthusiasm

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
Excellent patient communication and teamwork
Proficiency in med/surg protocols and procedures
Adaptability to varying shift schedules
