Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Start Date: 04-29-2026
End Date: 07-22-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekend backup and on-call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hospice care in patients' homes
- Lead interdisciplinary teams for assigned caseloads
- Excel in symptom management and critical assessment
- Empower patients and families as a teacher and guide
- Provide strength and courage during life's final chapters
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Hospice or relevant nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills with critical thinking prowess
Education
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in symptom management across all diseases
- Assessment and teaching abilities for patients and caregivers
- Generalist knowledge with specialist hospice focus
