Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
- Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create care plans
- Advocate for young patients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for kids
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric med/surg expertise
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration
