Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, full time with 4 weekend shifts per month
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care on bustling Ortho and Med Surg units
- Manage patient loads with 6:1 ratios while collaborating with PCTs and unit secretaries
- Utilize Meditech for precise documentation and seamless teamwork
- Float to inpatient units, CCU and ED to support hospital-wide needs
- Perform bedside procedures and provide compassionate support to diverse patients
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to manage patient loads effectively
Education
- RN licensure from accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Med Surg expertise
- Ortho patient care
- Team collaboration with PCTs and SNEs
- Meditech documentation proficiency
- Patient-centered care strategies
