Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and prioritize care needs
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Perform vital procedures like EKGs, blood draws, and IV starts
- Document patient progress to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Initiate emergency responses swiftly to safeguard lives
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff for optimal resident outcomes
- Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
Qualifications
- CA licensed LVN
- Current BLS level CPR certification
- Good physical stamina for walking, bending, and lifting
- Strong mental resilience to handle challenging patient behaviors
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
