Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in a high-volume OR handling general surgery, orthopedics, and trauma cases
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of 45 staff across 11 ORs and 1 endo suite
- Master cutting-edge equipment including multiple ortho beds and 4 robots
- Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for focused, impactful surgical support
- Navigate MEDITECH EMR to ensure seamless documentation and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of OR experience
- CST certification required - be ready to scrub in
- BLS certification mandatory
- High energy and motivated personality that thrives in fast-paced surgical settings
Education
- BSN preferred for top consideration
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, and bariatrics
- Proficiency with advanced OR equipment and robotic systems
- Strong team collaboration in 1:1 patient care environments
- Comfortable with MEDITECH electronic medical records
