Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights and days, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, alternating weekends, no call requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to labor and delivery patients bringing new life into the world
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal status using advanced equipment like Novii and fetal monitors
Assist with C-sections, SVDs, cerclages and TOLACs to support safe deliveries
Collaborate with a dedicated team maintaining 1:2 patient ratios for quality care
Utilize Meditech EMR to document and ensure seamless patient transitions

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of L&D experience, ideally 2+ years
Must-have certifications: EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
Team player with a positive attitude ready to thrive in a high-volume Level IV unit

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Labor and Delivery procedures and equipment like IUPC, FSE, Toco and US
Proficiency with internal monitor placement a big plus
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with previous HCA experience preferred
