Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to neuro ICU patients making a real difference
- Monitor and assess critical conditions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Implement advanced interventions in a high-acuity setting
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met holistically
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Experience in ICU or neuro care preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in neuro ICU protocols
- Excellent patient assessment abilities
- Effective communication with patients and teams
- Knowledge of critical care equipment and medications
