Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during critical moments
- Oversee patient care ensuring every tiny patient thrives
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal outcomes
- Mentor fellow nurses fostering a culture of excellence and growth
- Manage shift operations smoothly keeping the unit running like clockwork
Qualifications
- Active RN license in hand
- Proven NICU experience that makes you a natural leader
- Leadership experience in high-stakes neonatal environments
- BLS certification
- DCI/BVP certification
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert NICU clinical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication for collaborating under pressure
- Proficiency in neonatal assessments and interventions
