Shift Type: Full-time, 3x12 hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate labor and delivery care including mother recovery and newborn transition
- Perform newborn assessments and stabilization
- Manage high-risk situations like shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage
- Assist with inductions using Pitocin and Cervidil
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to OB emergencies
- Support C-sections, circumcisions and assisted deliveries
- Deliver exceptional patient experience through daily rounding
Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Fetal Monitoring training
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in labor, delivery, recovery and newborn care
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and OB emergency response
- Experience with inductions and high-acuity deliveries
- Comfortable in a fast-paced LDRP unit with couplet care
