Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging to aid in accurate diagnoses
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Operate advanced ultrasound equipment with precision and care
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
Qualifications
- Active Ultrasound Tech or Sonographer certification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in radiology
- Current BLS certification
- ARDMS or equivalent credential preferred
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Sonography or related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in diagnostic ultrasound procedures
- Proficiency with radiology imaging technology
- Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
- Attention to detail in high-pressure settings
- Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
