Shift Type: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM with call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in complex cardiovascular procedures like CABG, TAVR and VATS
- Maintain sterile field and ensure seamless OR operations
- Circulate and support surgical teams with precision and care
- Collaborate with RNs and techs in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
- Document accurately using Meditech system
- Respond to calls ensuring patient safety around the clock
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST/ORT) with 2+ years experience
- Minimum 1 year prior CVOR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- RN circulating experience preferred
Education
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST/ORT) certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in CVOR procedures and sterile technique
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation
- Strong teamwork in high-stakes OR environment
- Comfortable with call rotations
