Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced CCU environment
Operate advanced equipment like balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia protocols
Administer medication drips, central lines, and support heart cath procedures
Collaborate with a dedicated team maintaining 1:2 patient ratios
Deliver compassionate care that makes a real difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

Active RN license with minimum 1-2 years of current acute care ICU experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Ready to jump into high-acuity cases with confidence

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Experience with balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia, and cardioversion
Comfortable managing central lines and complex medication drips
Driven, organized personality with a positive, engaged attitude
