Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful 1:1 therapy sessions that transform patient lives in the brand new 42-bed IP Rehab unit
- Utilize cutting-edge therapy equipment to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
- Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
- Document progress meticulously in Meditech to ensure seamless care continuity
- Apply your rehab expertise primarily within the IP Rehab unit to make a real difference
Qualifications
- Active FL state license
- Minimum 6 months experience in acute care, SNF, or IP Rehab unit
- 2+ years overall experience preferred
- IP Rehab unit experience a big plus
