Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to progressive care unit patients
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Educate patients and families to empower their recovery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in PCU
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Kentucky RN license or willingness to obtain
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
