Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient telemetry data to ensure optimal care on a bustling 36-bed medicine unit
• Deliver compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced environment while preparing patients for specialized procedures
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of RNs, CNAs, and support staff to uphold exceptional patient outcomes
• Utilize cutting-edge equipment like remote telemetry and Cerner EMR to provide precise, timely interventions
• Float to sister med-surg units when needed, showcasing your versatility and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
• BLS certification required, CMSRN encouraged
• Medical Telemetry expertise that makes you a must-have for this team
• BSN preferred, along with any charge nurse or leadership experience

Education

• BSN preferred
• RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medical telemetry monitoring and Cerner EMR
• Skilled in patient observation with VC150 equipment and workstation on wheels
• Team-oriented with a compassionate approach to fast-paced care
• Familiarity with med-surg procedures and patient prep for endoscopy, IR, and OR
