Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry patients closely, interpreting rhythms with precision to ensure safety
- Provide expert care for post-cardiac cath lab patients, pacemakers, and stroke cases
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 41 staff members on a 24-bed unit
- Deliver bedside shift reports and maintain patient communication boards for seamless handoffs
- Manage 1:5 patient ratios while adapting to dynamic needs with urgency and teamwork
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
- ACLS certification required
- Competency in rhythm interpretation is a must
- Experience in telemetry nursing
