Shift Type: 3 x 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring patients guiding them through the miracle of birth
- Monitor and support newborns immediately after delivery ensuring their safe start
- Circulate and recover C-section patients with skill and precision
- Assist in vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, cerclages and more
- Collaborate with a dedicated team including unit secretaries and OR techs
- Champion shared decision making to enhance patient experience
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
- AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM certification
- Current ACLS, BLS and NRP certifications
- Ready to bring your passion for maternal and newborn care
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in labor and delivery procedures including epidurals and tub labor
- Proficiency with CPN and Meditech documentation systems
- Strong teamwork in a fast-paced 1:2 patient ratio environment
- Comfortable with floating as needed per hospital policy
