Registered Nurse - Med-Surg
Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Start Date: 05-05-2026
End Date: 08-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour Day Shifts, typically 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift per week. Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to adult geriatrics and pediatric patients on a 20-bed Med-Surg unit
- Maintain excellent staffing ratios for optimal patient outcomes
- Flexibly cover flu immunization clinics and float to other qualified departments
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Three years of med-surg experience
- One year of pediatric experience
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Education
- Registered Nurse license

- Med-Surg nursing expertise
- Adult geriatrics and pediatric care
- Flexibility for varying shifts and floating
